Bio Statement:
Shane Underwood is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Jones Graduate School of Management. He joined the Jones School faculty in 2004. Shane teaches Corporate Financial Management in the Executive MBA program.

Research Statement:
Shane's research primarily focuses on the microstructure of the equity and fixed income markets. He is especially interested in the impounding of information into securities prices and the linkages between the stock and bond markets. Shane is also interested in the ways that microstructure issues can influence corporate financing decisions and the firm's cost of capital.
